Abstract
This study aims to identify the impact of team management on
organizational learning in the Sonatrach Maintenance Directorate in
Laghouat. To achieve the objectives of the study, a questionnaire was
developed for the purpose of collecting information and data from the
study sample, which was 32 employees, where a set of statistical methods
were used using spss 22. There is also a statistically significant impact of
the participatory management and incentives dimension. As for conflict
management, there is a low statistically significant impact The study also
found that there is no statistically significant differences in the
management of work teams on organizational learning at the Sonatrach
Maintenance Directorate in Laghouat, due to (age, educational level,
career level and experience).
