Abstract
The aim of the study is to know the impact of applying the principles of human
resources’ governance (strategic orientation, transparency, efficiency, integrity,
accountability , participation) on job satisfaction of employees, through the
study of an arbitrary sample consists of 42 teacher from the Faculty of
Economics, Commercial Sciences and management, University of Laghouat,
during May 2022, we based on a questionnaire in collecting data, and we use the
SPSS V26 to analyse the data. The main findings of the study show that there is
no impact of applying the principles of human resources’ governance on job
satisfaction of employees except accountability principle.
