Abstract
Our current study aimed at revealing the nature of the relationship between
workers' attitudes towards the information network and job performance among
the workers of the Sonelgaz Corporation in Laghouat, by determining the level
of job performance and its most important components in the study sample, and
identifying the differences in workers' attitudes towards the information network
and job performance according to the different research variables (gender
seniority).
By using the descriptive approach, using the questionnaire as a tool for the study
and distributing it to a simple random sample of 70 workers, and after verifying
the psychometric properties of the study tools and statistical processing of the
data using the Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) version 25, the
following results were reached:
Sonelgaz workers' attitudes towards the management information network are
positive.
- The level of job performance among the workers of the Sonelgaz Corporation
is high.
The most important component (determinants) of performance in the Sonelgaz
Foundation is the performance of duties
- There are no statistically significant differences in workers' attitudes towards
the information network due to gender and seniority among Sonelgaz workers.
- There is a statistically significant relationship between Sonelgaz workers'
attitudes towards the information network and job performance.
