Abstract
This stydy aims to highlight the impact of marketing banking on customer
atisfaction, as this study was applied in the external bank of algeria in the
agency of laghouat, and the questioonaire was distributed to a sample of
the bank's client to achieve this purposee usinng statistical methods
appropriate to the nature of the study, through thr use of yhe spss program
the study sgowed that there was no statistically significant impact on
customer satisfaction.
