| dc.description.abstract | ملخص الد ا رسة بالعربية: هدفت هذه الد ا رسة إلى التعرف على دور الاتصال الفعال في العمل الاداري داخل المديرية الرياضية بمدينة الأغواط، ولهذا الغرض استخدمنا منهج الوصفي على عينة متكونة من 04 عاملا بالمديرية الرياضية أغلبها من جنس ذكور بنسبة 60.0% ، تم اختيارها بشكل طريقة العينة العشوائية الطبقية لجمع البيانات استخدمنا أداة الاستبيان، بعد جمع النتائج ومعالجتها إحصائيا تم التوصل الى النتائج: اغلب عمال المديرية الرياضية يقولون بأنه توجد علاقة بين قلة المنتوج الرياضي في البلاد مع قلة الاتصال بين العمال والادارة، ويؤكدون وجود علاقة بين تدهور المنشآت الرياضية وعدم تفعيل اساليب الاتصال بين العمال داخلها. كما أنهم يعتبرون أنه من أجل تسيير ناجح وفعال لابد من وجود اتصال بين العمال والادارة وان هناك علاقة بين أسلوب الاتصال الاداري وحسن تسيير المديرية الرياضية. وأن مايفوق نصفهم أحيانا مايجدون أن العلاقات غير الرسمية تساعد في فهم الأمور والتعليمات وبالتالي تؤثر على المعلومات. وعلى هذا الأساس أوصت الد ا رسة بإنشاء إدارة للاتصالات، يعني أن تمثل إدارة الاتصالات وحدة من الهيكل التنظيمي الرسمي للمؤسسة ويتعين أن يربطها خط اتصال مباشر مع الإدارة العليا وخطوط اتصال غير مباشرة مع كافة الوحدات الإدارية ويفضل أن تكون سلطة تلك الأداة الاستشارية . كما يجب أن يكون الاتصال ملائم لاحتياجات المؤسسة ويخدمها | |
| dc.description.sponsorship | Study summary in INGLISH: This study aimed to identify the role of effective communication in administrative work within the sports directorate in Laghouat, and for this purpose we used the descriptive approach on a sample of 40 workers in the sports directorate, most of whom were males with a percentage of 60.0%, which were selected in the form of a stratified random sampling method to collect data. The questionnaire, after collecting the results and processing them statistically, the results were reached: Most of the workers of the Sports Directorate say that there is a relationship between the lack of sports products in the country and the lack of communication between workers and management, and they assert that there is a relationship between the deterioration of sports facilities and the lack of activating methods of communication between workers inside them. They also consider that for a successful and effective management there must be communication between workers and management, and that there is a relationship between the method of administrative communication and the good management of the sports directorate. And that more than half of them sometimes find that informal relationships help in understanding matters and instructions and thus affect the information. On this basis, the study recommended the establishment of a Communications Department, meaning that the Communications Department represents a unit of the official organizational structure of the institution, and it should be linked by a direct line of communication with the senior management and indirect lines of communication with all administrative units, preferably the authority of that advisory tool.
