dc.description.abstractThe main objective of this work is to size and study the techno-economic feasibility of a 300 MW photovoltaic (PV) power plant, intended to supply electricity to the Sonelgaz distribution network in the southern part of Laghouat province, in Hassi Dalaa. By following a precise calculation methodology, we determine the design parameters of the PV power plant, such as the number of PV modules, inverters, and transformers, as well as the energy produced and injected into the grid. Then, an economic analysis is conducted, covering the total cost of the PV power plant, the electricity selling price, and the investment payback period. The results obtained are validated using the PVsyst software.
