Abstract

This study aims to know the importance of the general budget as it reflects the Programme of Action political, economic and social, of the Government during the financial period and that it is a statement of expenditures and public revenues necessary to achieve the objectives of the State in general. The public budget is an indispensable instrument of fiscal policy that the State has used to achieve economic, social and political objectives. Our study also aimed to learn about the role of the disbursement order in the implementation of the general budget. Keywords: Order of disbursement, general budget
