Abstract
Services that reflect the image of the institution in the form of services in
strengthening the image, which calls for care to apply the quality of services in
the institution in line with the rapid developments of the needs and desires of
customers to gain their satisfaction and trust in light of the intense competition.
The field study was conducted at the Medical Imaging Center of Dr. Siphon in
The City of Laghouat, where a random sample of (110) dealers was selected, the
questionnaires were distributed and retrieved in full. 40 forms were distributed
at the photography center and 70 forms through the online questionnaire. The
study concluded that there a role statistically significant for each of the
dimensions: (tangibility, reliability, guarantee, empathy) In strengthening the
mental image of those dealing with the medical imaging center of Dr. Siphon in
the city of Laghouat , the hypothesis of a role for “the response” dimension was
rejected, and there are no differences in the attitudes of the study sample
members in strengthening the mental image due to demographic variables, so
the medical imaging center must support and develop dimensions The quality of
its services because of its great importance in strengthening the mental image of
customers.
