Abstract
The current work endeavors to describe parents and students’ attitudes towards teaching in
public or private school education ,with in Algerian Education System , and more importantly,
towards developing and improving academic success. The main problem is that a lot of people
think that the biggest determinant of student’s success in life starts from choosing the right
school. Therefore, if the students will find the perfect and the qualified teacher also the
appropriate environment , they will achieve high grades in all classes . In addition, teachers’
motivation may have a negative or positive impact on students’ academic success. If school
curriculum and size of ( school and class )does not meet the students need , grades will suffer,
When parents dissatisfied with public school education they decided to transfer their children
to private school , for this reason , parents decide to spend extra money to send their children to
private school when the same education offered for free in public school .usually ; different
schools means different types of teachers that will have different influences on the students
achievement . In order to carry on this research, a descriptive and comparative study has been
conducted. Where we describe and compare private and public school in some point , teachers’
motivation in particular. The findings revealed that both teachers and parents are aware of the
need to improve the motivational factors. Also they stress it's importance in enhancing
teachers’ performance and achieving students' academic success in each type of schools
