This study aims to clarify and analyze the impact of
information and communication technology on directing human
resources in the economic institution. The study was conducted
on the Gas and Electricity Distribution Corporation in Laghouat.
Information and communication technology has been identified
with its dimensions represented in: (hardware and software,
information and networks, communications, regulatory procedures
and human resources) The job of subjugation was also
determined by three pillars: (leadership, communication, and
motivation).
Relying on the descriptive approach, and through our
research, we concluded that there is a positive relationship
between information and communication technology and the
function of guidance in the organization.
