Abstract

ملخص الدراسة : تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء على تأثير التنمر الإلكتروني عبر وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي على العلاقات الاجتماعية، مع التركيز على الأضرار النفسية والاجتماعية التي يسببها، كما تسعى إلى فهم دور هذه المنصات في انتشار الظاهرة وتقديم توصيات للمساعدة في الحد منها. وقد جاء اختيار هذا الموضوع بدوافع أكاديمية وشخصية، خاصةً في ظل تزايد انتشار التنمر الإلكتروني بين فئة الشباب، ونقص الدراسات الميدانية في مجتمع الأغواط وتهدف الدراسة إلى رفع مستوى الوعي العام وتعزيز ثقافة الاتصال الإيجابي والمسؤول . ما تأثير التنمر الإلكتروني على الثقة بين الأفراد في العلاقات الاجتماعية عبر مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي؟ يؤثر التنمر الإلكتروني بشكل مباشر وسلبي على الثقة بين الأفراد في العلاقات الاجتماعية عبر منصات التواصل الاجتماعي، حيث يُقوّض الشعور بالأمان في الفضاء الرقمي، ويجعل الضحية تشعر بالخوف أو الحذر المفرط تجاه الآخرين في البيئة الاجتماعية الرقمية بأكملها، وقد يشكك حتى في نوايا الأصدقاء المقربين. هذا الانهيار في الثقة قد يؤدي إلى الانسحاب الاجتماعي وتقليل التفاعل عبر الإنترنت. ومع مرور الوقت، تؤدي هذه السلوكيات المتكررة إلى ضعف جودة العلاقات، وتعطيل الروابط الاجتماعية، وتآكل الدعم والاحترام المتبادل التوصيات: 1. رفع الوعي بمخاطر التنمر الإلكتروني. 2. تعزيز دور الإرشاد الأسري والرقابة الأبوية. 3. تطبيق القوانين بصرامة ضد المتنمرين إلكترونيًا , 4. تحسين أدوات الحماية والأمان على منصات التواصل الاجتماعي. 5. إشراك المدارس و الجامعات والمجتمع المدني في التوعية والمكافحة. واخيرا يشكل التنمر الإلكتروني تهديدًا حقيقيًا للثقة والعلاقات الاجتماعية، خاصةً في بيئة الاتصال الرقمي المفتوح، ولتقليل أثره من الضروري رفع الوعي، وتعزيز ثقافة الاحترام، وخلق فضاء رقمي آمن يحمي الأفراد ويشجع على التفاعل الإيجابي والبنّاء .

Abstract: This study aims to highlight the impact of cyberbullying through social media on social relationships, with a focus on the psychological and social harm it causes. It also seeks to understand the role of these platforms in spreading the phenomenon and to provide recommendations to help reduce it. The choice of this topic was driven by both academic and personal motivations, particularly given the growing prevalence of cyberbullying among young people and the lack of field studies in the Laghouat community. The study also aims to raise public awareness and promote a culture of positive and responsible communication. What is the impact of cyberbullying on trust between individuals in social relationships through social media platforms? Cyberbullying has a direct and negative impact on trust between individuals in social relationships on social media platforms. It undermines the sense of safety in digital spaces and causes victims to feel fear or excessive caution toward others. When someone is subjected to offensive comments, harassing messages, or public shaming, they begin to lose trust not only in the bully but also in their entire social environment, often questioning the intentions of even close friends. This breakdown in trust may lead to social withdrawal and reduced participation in online interactions. Over time, repeated exposure to such behaviors weakens the quality of relationships, disrupts social bonds, and erodes mutual support and respect. Recommendation: 1. Raise awareness about cyberbullying risks. 2. Strengthen parental guidance. 3. Enforce laws against cyberbullies. 4. Improve safety tools on social media. Cyberbullying poses a real threat to trust and social relationships, especially in the opendigital communication environment To reduce its impact, it is essential to raise awareness, promote a culture of respect, and create a safe space that protects individuals and encourages positive and constructive interaction .
