Abstract

We relied on the descriptive case study approach in our field study with a purposive sample represented by some workers of the Laghouat Operations Directorate. As for the data collection tools, we chose the scientific interview and questionnaire. The most important result we have reached is that digitization has changed the methods of internal communication in the Algeria Telecom Corporation. This is through the use of modern means that help facilitate communication, such as e-mail and internal networks, which has facilitated the way of working among employees. Therefore, it can be said that digitization works to improve the internal communication of the Algeria Telecom Corporation. Which has harnessed great material and human capabilities to improve its services, whether to workers or customers. Keywords: digitization, internal communication, Algeria Telecom
