Abstract

ملخص -تكمن اهمية دراستنا في تسليط الضوء على النشاط الاتصالي لدى معاهد التكوين المهني ودوره في حث الشباب نحو التمهين بمعهد الوطني احمد بن الزبير كمجال للدراسة الميدانية وهذا لمحاولة الاجابة عن السؤال الرئيسي مامدى فعالية النشاط الاتصالي لدى معاهد التكوين المهني واعتمدنا فيها على المنهج الوصفي في حين استخدمنا كل من المقابلة والاستبيان كأدوات لجمع البيانات لنصل في الاخير لعديد من النتائج اهمها يعد التكوين المهني خيارا تعليميا هاما يتيح للأشخاص اكتساب مهارات عملية قابلة للتطبيق في مجالات عمل محددة . - ان تحسين مستوى الخدمة الاتصالية بين الاداريين والمسييرن و بين الطالب المكون . - ان نجاح الفرد ورغبته الشديدة في تحقيق اهدافه وبين مهارات الاتصال وذلك لأن اتقان الفرد لهذه المهارات يوفر له الوقت والجهد الكلمات المفتاحية : النشاط ،الاتصال ،التكوين،الشباب summary - The importance of our study lies in shedding light on the communication activity of vocational training institutes and its role in urging young people towards apprenticeship at the National Institute Ahmed bin Zubair as a field of field study and this is to try to answer the main question of how effective is the communication activity at vocational training institutes and we relied on the descriptive approach while we used both the interview and the questionnaire as tools to collect data to finally reach many results, the most important of which is vocational training is an important educational option that allows people to acquire practical skills that are capable of For application in specific areas of work. - Improving the level of communication service between administrators and managers and between the component student. - The success of the individual and his strong desire to achieve his goals and communication skills, because the individual's mastery of these skills saves him time and effort Keywords: Activity, Communication, Training, Youth
