Abstract
This study aims to know “the dimensions of the organizational
structure and its role in administrative empowerment in the National
Company for Electricity and Gas Sonalgaz, Laghouat Branch,” by addressing
the following problem represented in: What is the impact of the dimensions
of the organizational structure on administrative empowerment among
workers in the Directorate of Electricity and Gas Distribution, Laghouat
Branch? , where we used the descriptive approach to address the
theoretical aspects of the study, and as for the field side of the study, we
used the case study method. For this purpose, we designed a questionnaire
and distributed it to a sample consisting of individuals from the
directorate’s workers at various administrative levels, and a valid form was
retrieved for statistical analysis, and it was completed Processing the
questionnaire using statistical methods and using the statistical packages
SPSS program to analyze the results, which showed: There is a statistically
significant effect at the level of significance (α≤ 0.05) for the dimensions of
the organizational structure (central, formal, complex) on administrative
.empowerment in the institution
