Abstract

الملخص: تناولت دراستنا موضوع الرقمنة الادارية بخدمات الادارة الجامعية ودورها في تحقيق رضا الاستاذ،حيث هدفت هذه الدراسة الى توضيح اثر الرقمنة الادارية والدور الذي تلعبه في رفع مستوى أداء الاساتذة الجامعيين بجامعة عمار ثليجي بالأغواط. وقد اعتمدنا في هذه الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي الذي بدوره يقوم بوصف الظواهر وتحليلها وتفسيرها، واعتمدنا أيضا في عملية جمع المعلومات على استمارة الاستبيان التي تضمنت اربع محاور والتي وزعت على 37 أستاذ من كلية العلوم الانسانية والاسلامية والحضارة. واعتمدنا ايضا على اداة المقابلة والتي قمنا بإجرائها مع الامين العام لجامعة عمار ثليجي بالأغواط. وقد خلصت دراستنا لمجموعة من النتائج هي: وجود تأثير بعض عناصر الرقمنة الادارية على مستوى أداء الاساتذة الجامعين بكلية العلوم الانسانية والاسلامية والحضارة. غياب تأثير بعض عناصر الرقمنة الادارية على مستوى أداء الاساتذة الجامعيين بكلية العلوم الانسانية والاسلامية والحضارة. للإدارة الرقمية دور كبير لرفع مستوى اداء الاساتذة الجامعيين لكن هناك إشكال في تطبيقها في المجال التيسيري وفي الكلية بصفة عامة وذلك يعود لعدة إشكالات تحتاج لدراسة مستقلة. الكلمات المفتاحية: الرقمنة، الرقمنة الإدراية,أداء..

Abstract: Our study focused on the topic of administrative digitization in university management services and its role in achieving professor satisfaction. The aim of this study was to clarify the impact of administrative digitization and the role it plays in improving the performance level of university professors at Amar Thelidji University in Laghouat. We used a descriptive-analytical method, which describes, analyzes, and interprets phenomena. We also used a questionnaire that included four axes and was distributed to 73 professors from the Faculty of Humanities, Islamic Studies, and Civilization. Additionally, we conducted an interview with the Secretary-General of Amar Thelidji University in Laghouat. Our study concluded that some elements of administrative digitization have an impact on the performance level of university professors at the Faculty of Humanities, Islamic Studies, and Civilization while others do not. Digital administration has a significant role in improving the performance level of university professors but there are challenges in its implementation in the facilitation field and at the college level as a whole due to several issues that require independent study.
