دور الاتصال الداخلي في ترشيد قرارات المؤسسة الجامعية

Abstract

 ملخص الدراسة: تهدف هذه الدراسة لتعرف على تأثير الاتصال الداخلي في ترشيد قرارات المؤسسة في جامعة عمار ثليجي بالأغواط وهذا لمحاولة فهم مواضع القوة والضعف في أنواع الاتصال الداخلي في الجامعة. وكان مجتمع دراستنا يتكون من كل الإداريين بجامعة عمار ثليجي بالأغواط، معتمدين على العينة القصدية وتمكنا من الوصول لهم عبر الاستبيان، كانت مدة الدراسة ما بين شهري أكتوبر 2022 وماي 2023. توصلت الدراسة للعديد من النتائج أهمها: الاتصال النازل هو الأكثر استخداما في جامعة عمار ثليجي ويتمثل في إعطاء التعليمات والأوامر، الاتصال الصاعد أيضا موجود في جامعة عمار ثليجي ويتمثل في المشاركة في اتخاذ القرارات ونقل الانشغالات والاقتراحات، وسائل الاتصال الموجودة في جامعة عمار ثليجي بالأغواط هي الاجتماعات، الهاتف والفاكس، البريد الإلكتروني، تستخدم هذه الوسائل في إعطاء الأوامر والاطلاع على مستجدات المؤسسة.

 Study summary: This study aims to identify the impact of internal communication in rationalizing the institution's decisions at Ammar Thaliji University in Laghouat, in order to try to understand the strengths and weaknesses of the types of internal communication in the university. Our study population consisted of all administrators at Ammar Thaliji University in Laghouat, relying on the intended sample and we were able to reach them through the questionnaire. The study period was between October 2022 and May 2023. The study reached many results, the most important of which are: Downward communication is the most used in Ammar Thaliji University and is represented in giving instructions and orders. Upward communication is also present in Ammar Thaliji University and is represented in participating in decision-making and conveying concerns and suggestions. The means of communication in Ammar Thaliji University in Laghouat are meetings. Telephone, fax, e-mail, these means are used to give orders and see the institution's developments.
