الأساليب الاتصالية المستخدمة لدى شركات التأمين بالأغواط

Abstract

ملخص الدراسة: نهدف من خلال دراستنا إلى الكشف عن مدى إستخدام الأساليب الاتصالية وتكنولوجيا الإتصال الحديثة في شركات التأمين الجزائرية العمومية منها والخاصة، وقد إخترنا كل من المديرية العامة للشركة الجزائرية للتأمين (CAAT) والمديرية العامة لشركة العامة للتأمينات المتوسطية (GAM) كدراسة مقارنة لنبرز أوجه التشابه والإختلاف بين القطاع العمومي والخاص في إستخدامهم للأساليب الاتصالية ولتكنولوجية الإتصال الحديثة فجاء تساؤلنا الرئيسي كالتالي: ما مدى إستخدام تكنولوجية الإتصال الحديثة في كل من المدريتين العامة (CAAT) (GAM) بولاية الأغواط ؟ ونتدرج تحته التساؤلات الفرعية : 1- ماهي تكنولوجيات الإتصال الحديثة المستخدمة في كل من شركتي التأمين (CAAT) و (GAM) بولاية الأغواط ؟ 2- أي من تكنولوجية الإتصال الأكثر إستخداما في كل من شركتي التأمين (CAAT) و (GAM) بولاية الأغواط ؟ -3 ماهي أوجه التشابه والإختلاف في كيفية إستخدام تكنولوجية الإتصال الحديثة في كل من شركتي التأمين (CAAT) و (GAM) بولاية الأغواط ؟ وتوصلت الد راسة إل مجموعة من النتائج أهمها : -1 تستخدم كل من شركتي التأمين (CAAT) و (GAM) وسائل الاتصال الحديثة منها البريد الإلكتروني شبكة الأنترانات وشبكة الإكسترانات . -2 تبين لنا أنا البريد الإلكتروني هو أكثر الوسائل استخداما في كلا الشركتين أما شبكة الأنترانات والإكسترانات فهي بنسب متفاوتة . -3 إن إستخدام تكنولوجية الإتصال الحديثة ساهم في تطوير القدرة التنافسية للشركتين من خلال تحسين إنتاجية العمل وتحسين الإتصال وزيادة الدقة والسرعة في الأداء . -4 نستنتج أن هناك بعض نقاط التشابه والاختلاف في إستخدام تكنولوجية الإتصال الحديثة في الشركتين لكن شركة (GAM) هي أكثر انفتاحا في المجال التكنولوجي وتحكما على عكس شركة (CAAT) التي تستخدم هذه التكنولوجيات بطريقة عادية . - الأساليب الاتصالية- استخدام- شركات التأمين. Abstract : Through our study, we aim to reveal the extent to which communication methods and modern communication technology are used in Algerian public and private insurance companies. The public and private sectors in their use of communication methods and modern communication technology, so our main question came as follows: What is the extent of using modern communication technology in each of the two general directorates (CAAT) (GAM) in the wilaya of Laghouat? Below are the sub-questions: 1- What are the modern communication technologies used in each of the two insurance companies (CAAT) and (GAM) in the state of Laghouat? 2- Which of the communication technologies is the most used in each of the two insurance companies (CAAT) and (GAM) in the wilaya of Laghouat? 3- What are the similarities and differences in how to use modern communication technology in each of the two insurance companies (CAAT) and (GAM) in the state of Laghouat? The study reached a set of results, the most important of which are: 1- Both insurance companies (CAAT) and (GAM) use modern means of communication, including mail Electronic intranet and extranet network. -2 Show us I email is the most used means in both companies either network Intrans and extrans are in varying proportions. 3- The use of modern communication technology contributed to the development of the competitiveness of the two companies through improving work productivity, improving communication, and increasing accuracy and speed in performance. 4- We conclude that there are some points of similarity and difference in the use of modern communication technology in the two companies, but (GAM) company is more open in the technological field and controlling unlike Company (CAAT) that uses these technologies in a normal way. - Communication methods - use - insurance companies.
