Abstract
This study was aimed at expliening amalysing and comparing the
values given in arapic language curriculum for the fifth year of
primary school (5ps) in evrey generatiom it is the most importont
goal of modern and ancient educational curricula ln other words
the values system is maintained in educationl curricula regardless of
the time of reform its contentst, expecially the textbook,seck to
construct and develop the personality of the learned indidual in real
statistical and for multiple purposes.
This was based on a method of content analysis of the values in the
two books, and a statistical trcatment of the frequencies was done by
colculating and arranfing them by percentages the study’s questions
were as follows:
Are there statististcally significant differences petween generations for
the frequency of values included in Arabic language books for fifth
year?
And the partial quertions are as follows:
-what is the order of values in the fifithe year primary book in the
second generation ?
-And the results showed that the first generation was more intense
then second generation.
The presence of valus in the first generation was arranged as follows:
First the acsthetic values.then the religious values, then the social
values in the third place.the economic values.then the theory, then the
political vlues
-the order of the second generation is:
Aesthetic values ranmead the first .second,.social values followed by
theorotical values followed by theorotical values fourth ,economic
values and finally political values
