| dc.description.abstract | تهدف الد ا رسة إلى التعرف على دور تمارين التدريب البيلومتري في تحسين مهارة ضرب الكرة بال أ رس لدى لاعبي كرة القدم ولهذا الغرض استخدمنا منهج الوصفي على عينة متكونة من 18 لاعب من النادي الرياضي للهوات الفوز عين حمو )U19( تم تقسيمهم إلى مجموعتين )ضابطة وتجربية( تم اختيارها بشكل عشوائي، لجمع البيانات استخدمنا )CSAFA( تيميمون الاختبا ا رت المهارية، بعد جمع النتائج ومعالجتها إحصائيا تم التوصل إلى النتائج لتمارين التدريب البيلومتري أثر إيجابي في وعلى هذا الأساس أوصت الد ا رسة بضرورة إد ا رج تمارين )U تحسين مهارة ضرب الكرة بال أ رس لدى لاعبي كرة القدم ) 19 البليومتريك في الب ا رمج التدريبية لما لها من أهمية على لاعبي كرة القدم. | |
