dc.descriptionThe present study aimed to explore the role of field training (internship) in developing certain teaching skills among trainee students, based on a sample of students from the University of Laghouat. It also sought to examine the relationship between the internship and the level of teaching skills acquisition, and to investigate whether differences in skill acquisition are associated with variables such as gender, type of host institution, and duration of the internship. The descriptive method was adopted, and the study sample consisted of 10 students. The research tool used was a questionnaire administered to the participants. After collecting the data, the findings were analyzed and summarized as follows: • Field training proved effective in equipping students with essential teaching skills, particularly in the areas of planning, implementation, and evaluation. • Differences in skill acquisition were clearly attributed to the nature of the host institution. • The relationship between internship duration and skill acquisition is not strictly linear, as it is influenced by multiple factors such as time adequacy and quality of supervision. • Students faced major challenges, most notably difficulties in classroom management, lack of feedback, and limited time during practical application.
dc.description.abstractهدفت الدراسة الحالية للكشف عن دور التربص الميداني في إكساب بعض مهارات التدريسية لدى الطالب المتربص لدى عينة من طلبة جامعة الأغواط، وكذا الكشف عن العلاقة الموجودة بين التربص ومستوى اكتساب مهارات التدريس، والبحث في وجود فروق في مستوى اكتساب المهارات تعزى لمتغيرات (الجنس، نوع المؤسسة المستضيفة، مدة التربص). تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي، وتمثلت عينة الدراسة 10 طلبة، وقد تم تطبيق أداة الدراسة المتمثلة في الاستبيان على عينة الدراسة، وبعد جمع بيانات الدراسة تم تحليل هذه النتائج التي نلخصها فيما يلي: • أثبت التربص الميداني فعاليته في إكساب الطلبة المهارات التدريسية الأساسية، خاصة في مجالات التخطيط، التنفيذ، والتقويم. • وجود فروق في اكتساب المهارات يُعزى بشكل واضح إلى طبيعة المؤسسة المستضيفة للتربص. • ارتباط مدة التربص بمستوى اكتساب المهارات ليس علاقة طردية مباشرة، بل يتأثر بعوامل متعددة مثل كفاية الوقت وجودة الإشراف. • واجه الطلبة تحديات جوهرية أبرزها: صعوبات في إدارة الصف، نقص التغذية الراجعة، وضيق الوقت خلال التطبيق العملي.
