Abstract

ملخص: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى استكشاف أهمية تأثير المنصات الرقمية على الأداء الوظيفي، وذلك من خلال دراسة حالة شركة اتصالات الجزائر بولاية الأغواط. حيث تركزعلى تقييم دور هذه المنصات في تحسين كفاءة الموظفين وإنتاجيتهم، وتبسيط الإجراءات، وتعزيز التواصل فيما بينهم. لقد توصلت الدراسة إلى وجود علاقة إيجابية بين استخدام المنصات الرقمية وتحسين الأداء الوظيفي، مع فوائد ملموسة في توفير الوقت والجهد وتخفيف الضغط على الموظفين. كما تساهم في إبراز دور التكنولوجيا الحديثة في تطوير قطاع الاتصالات بالجزائر وتحسين جودة الخدمات المقدمة، بالإضافة الى تقديم توصيات عمليةلمؤسسة إتصالات الجزائر وغيرها من المؤسسات الجزائرية لتعزيز أداء موظفيها وتحقيق ميزة تنافسية في سوق العمل. الكلمات المفتاحية: المنصاتالرقمية، الأداءالوظيفي، الثورة الرقمية، اتصالات الجزائر.

Summary: This study aims to explore the importance of the impact of digital platforms on job performance, through a case study of Algeria Telecom in the province of Laghouat. It focuses on evaluating the role of these platforms in improving employee efficiency and productivity, streamlining procedures, and enhancing communication among them. The study found a positive relationship between the use of digital platforms and improved job performance, with tangible benefits in saving time and effort and reducing pressure on employees. The importance of this study lies in highlighting the role of modern technology in developing the telecommunications sector in Algeria and improving the quality of services provided, as well as providing practical recommendations for Algeria Telecom and other Algerian institutions to enhance the performance of their employees and achieve a competitive advantage in the market.
