Abstract

The current study aims to identify the level of psychol gical hardness among women diagnosed with breast cancer and to know the differences in the degree of psychological hardness according to the variables of educational level marital statu,age,financiel independence , marital statu , duraction of the disease. To measure these variable, the researche relied on the psychological hardness scale of Emad Ahmed Mohamed MKhimer (2002),where it was applied to an intentional sample of 47 women diagnosed with breast cacer at the Department of cancerous (Galuma Miloud Hospital ,Laghouat) for a period that lasted from March 21to May 06,2021 The descriptive approache was also foiiowed and reliance on the stastical l package for the social sciences ,Spss 22 and the One-Way analysis and T-test in calculating the data,and the result of the study resulted in the following results: The level of psychological hardness among women diagnosed with breast cancer is high there are no stastically significant differences between women with breast cancer in mental health due to the educatiol level variable. There are no stastically significant differences between women with breast cancer in psyvhological hardness due to the age variable. There are no stastically significant differences between women with breast cancer in psyvhological hardness due to the change in material independence. There are no stastically significant differences between women with breast cancer in psyvhological hardness due to the veriable of social status. There are no stastically significant differences between women with breast cancer in mental health due to the variable duration of the disease.
