dc.description.abstractThe study aimed to know the level of motivation for achievement in the university faculty at Ammar Thelegi University in Laghouat where the sample of the study reached 50 different teachers according to some intermediate variables such as gender, age, seniority in work and to measure the variables of the study. And the significance of the differences in the variables of the study by the mean variables where the descriptive method was used using the questionnaire scale to measure the motivation for achievement of 22 questions and to answer the hypotheses of the study was analyzed the results of the study using the program of statistical package for social sciences (SPSS) version 20, where we reached the following results: -The level of achievement motivation in a sample of the faculty of the University of Ammar Thligi Laghouat average. -There are no differences in the level of motivation for achievement by sex in the university faculty. -There are no differences in the level of motivation for achievement by age at the university faculty. -There are no differences in the level of motivation for achievement according to seniority in work at the university faculty.Motivation for achievement, university faculty
