الإحتيال الإلكترونيعبرالفيسبوك وأثره على الإنفعلات النفسية لدى المستخدم

Abstract

ملخص الدراسة: تهدف الدراسة إلى التعرف على كيفية تأثير الاحتيال الالكتروني عبر الفيسبوك على الانفعالات النفسية لدى المستخدم، حيث اعتمدنا على المنهج الوصفي بأسلوب المسح وتم تسليط الضوء على عينة من المستخدمين المتمثلين في طلبة السنة أولى بقسم علوم الإعلام والاتصال بجامعة عمار ثليجي بالاغواط، وتمثلت آداة الدراسة في استمارة الاستبيان التي شملت خمسة (5) محاور و ثماني عشر (18 ) سؤال . وقد توصلت هذه الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج أهمها: _ إن للإحتيال الإلكتروني عبر الفيسبوك يتضمن عدة أشكال هي : تهكير حساب الفيسبوك ، سرقة بيانات أو معلومات شخصية ، إحتيال البيع والشراء على المواقع الإلكترونية ، إنتحال الشخصية ، التشهير والقذف .ومن وجهة نظر مستخدمي الفيسبوك تهكير حساب الفيسبوك هو الأكثر إنتشارا . _ إن الإحتيال الالكتروني لم يكن له تأثير كبير على الإنفعالات النفسية المتمثلة في : الإحباط،العزلة الإجتماعية ،الإكتآب ،الضغط النفسي،الخيبة ،الندم،الخداع،الحسرة . _ إن الإحتيال الإلكتروني كان له تأثير بنسبة متوسطة على الإنفعالات النفسية المتمثلة في : القلق وفقدان الثقة . _ جل المبحوثين على علم بالقونين التي تكفل حقوقهم في حال تعرضهم للإحتيال الإلكتروني عبر الفيسبوك . _ إن أغلب المبوحثين يتخذون إجراءات وقائية للحد من مخاطر التعرض للإحتيال الإلكتروني . _ إن الحل الأمثل لتفادي التعرض الإحتيال الإلكتروني عبر الفيسبوك في رأي المبحوثين هي عدم الدخول إلى المواقع المشبوهة .

Abstract: This study aims to investigate the impact of electronic fraud on Facebook on users’ psychological emotions. We employed a descriptive method using a survey and focused on a sample of first-year students in the Department of Media and Communication Sciences at Amar Thelidji University in Laghouat. The study instrument was a questionnaire consisting of five dimensions and 18 questions. _This study has reached a number of important results, including: - Electronic fraud on Facebook takes several forms, such as hacking Facebook accounts, stealing personal data or information, fraudulent buying and selling on websites, impersonation, defamation, and slander. From the users' perspective, hacking Facebook accounts is the most prevalent form. - Electronic fraud did not have a significant impact on psychological reactions, including frustration, social isolation, depression, psychological stress, disappointment, regret, deception, and resentment. - Electronic fraud had a moderate impact on psychological reactions, including anxiety and loss of trust. - The majority of the participants were aware of the laws that protect their rights in case of being subjected to electronic fraud on Facebook. - Most of the participants take preventive measures to mitigate the risks of exposure to electronic fraud. - According to the participants, the optimal solution to avoid exposure to electronic fraud on Facebook is to refrain from accessing suspicious websites.
