| dc.description.abstract | تهدف الدراسة إلى التعرف على انعكاس الاتصال البيداغوجي بين الأستاذ والتلميذ في تحقيق الأهداف الترب وية لحصة التربية البدنية والرياضية في الطور المتوسط ولهذا الغرض استخدمنا المنهج ال وصفي على عينة متكونة من 15 أستاذ تم اختيارها بشكل عشوائي منتظم لجمع البيانات استخدمنا أداة الاستبيان، بعد جمع النتائج ومعالجتها إحصائيا تم التوصل النتائج الإيجابية أي تم الكشف عن حقيقة الاتصال البيداغوجي الذي يجمع بين الاستاذ والتلميذ والدور الفعال الذي يلعبه في تحقيق أهداف حصة التربية البدنية وال رياضية لمرحلة التعليم المتوسط وعلى هذا الأساس أوصت الدراسة يجب أن يتميز الأستاذ بالشخصية القوية المتفتحة على كل الاختصاصات والتي تملك مستوى تعليمي وخبرة كبيرة داخل المؤسسة التربوية أو خارجها لأنها تعود على التلميذ بالفائدة العقلية أين تنمي له الفكر وروح الإبداع والابتكار والفائدة الصحية. | |
