Abstract

The research aimed to identify the level of commitment of Algeria Telecom workers to the ethics of administrative work in the state of Laghouat _Algeria_ and the most important dimensions of administrative work ethics and the level of job performance they have, and to identify the relationship between the ethics of administrative work and job performance, and the differences in the two variables according to the variable of professional experience, the research sample of the research consisted of (61) workers were selected in an accidental manner, and we relied on the descriptive correlational approach as a research method, and to achieve the objectives of the research we used two questionnaires, the first to measure the ethics of administrative work and the second to measure performance Functional among the members of the research sample, and to analyze the data, we relied on the following statistical methods: Pearson correlation coefficient, stability coefficient Afla Cronbach, test t for one sample, analysis of single variance, test lip, and the research has found: _ The level of commitment of the sample members to the ethics of administrative work and the level of job performance is high. _ There is a correlation between the ethics of administrative work and job performance among the members of the research sample. _ There are statistically significant differences in the commitment of the members of the research sample to the ethics of administrative work due to the variable of professional experience, in favor of those with experience over 15 years. _ There are no statistically significant differences in the job performance of the sample members according to the variable of professional experience.
