Abstract

This study aims to present a business plan for the project to establish an ecommerce platform in Algeria, and the extent to which it can succeed. The business plan represents the first steps in the way of achieving a successful project with economic and financial profitability. To reach this goal, it was necessary to first shed light on the general concepts about the business plan and its components, as well as its importance. For the various participating parties to understand the importance of the project and the requirements for its success, we also discussed in this chapter the components of the business plan starting from the organizational and legal scheme to give the project a legal character, then the production and marketing scheme to search for the equipment needed by the project As well as the ways through which it is possible to reach the target audience and reach the financial plan to study the costs and returns of the project, as well as the various financial aspects associated with it, which would increase the degree of certainty and reduce the risk. After analyzing and studying the business plan of the BI3LI e-commerce platform project, it was found that it is an economically feasible project that can be benefited from and expanded to achieve significant financial profits as well as contribute to economic development.
