Abstract:عنوان الدراسة : دور الإتصال الداخلي في تعزيز العلاقات الإجتماعية لدى عمال مؤسسة سونلغاز SDC بالأغواط

الإشكالية : إلى أي حد يساهم الاتصال الداخلي في تعزيز شبكة العلاقات الاجتماعية ما بين عمال مؤسسة سونلغاز –SDC- بالأغواط؟ فرضيات الدراسة :  يعتبر الاتصال الجيد مع العاملين إحدى الوسائل الأساسية التي يجب تجسيدها باعتبارها من الدعائم التي يمكن أن تسهم في تطوير وتحسين إنتاجهم؛ ذلك لأن الإنتاجية العالية تتحقق ليس فقط بأفراد يعملون بجهد أكبر ولكن أيضا برغبة وحماس أكبر.  ‏ غياب الاتصال داخل مؤسسة سونلغاز sdcبالأغواط ينعكس سلبا على طبيعة العلاقات داخل المؤسسة، إذ أن العمال الأكثر إنتاجا يتميزون بإقامة شبكة اتصال أكثر ملائمة من تلك التي يقيمها العمال الأقل إنتاجا.  ‏ يساهم الإتصال الداخلي في بناء علاقات إنسانية مهنية متينة بين عمال مؤسسة سونلغازSDC بالأغواط. أهداف الدراسة : : يمكن تلخيص أهداف الدراسة علي النحو التالي:  إبراز مدى مساهمة الاتصال الداخلي في تطور المؤسسة .  إبراز دور تحسن العلاقات الاجتماعية في تطور المؤسسة.  إبراز مدى الارتباط الموجود بين الاتصال الداخلي والعلاقات الاجتماعية .  إبراز مدى نجاح المؤسسة في تحسين وتعزيز شبكة العلاقات الاجتماعية (سواء الفردية أو الجماعية داخل المؤسسة) . المنهج المستخدم في البحث : قمنا بإستخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي وذلك لملائمته لطبيعة الموضوع عينة الدراسة : العينة تحتوي على 121 موظف في ممؤسسة سونلغاز وتم إختيارهم عشوائيا حدود الدراسة : المجال الزماني : أنجزت هذه الدراسة في الفترة ممتدة بين فيفري 2023 إلى غاية جوان 2023 المجال المكاني : أجريت الدراسة في مؤسسة توزيع الكهرباء والغاز SDC بالأغواط الخصائص السيكومترية: تم الإعتماد في دراستنا على إستمارة الإستبيان كأداة لجمع البيانات النتائج المحصل عليها : يمكن أن نقول أنه توصلنا من خلال هذه الدراسة إلى القناعة التي ينبغي على مؤسسة سونلغاز بالأغواط إرسائها وهي الإستراتيجية الاتصالية ما دام أنه مطلب عمالي محض ونأمل أن تستفيد مؤسسة بحثنا من نتائج هذه الدراسة وأن تهتم بموضوعي الاتصال والعلاقات الاجتماعية داخل المؤسسة نظرا لما فيهما من مزايا تعود على الرفع من الإنتاجية وتحسينها الكلمات المفتاحية : الإتصال الداخلي،التعزيز، شبكة العلاقات الإجتماعية

Title of the study: The role of internal communication in enhancing social relations among Sonelgaz SDC employees in LAGHOUAT Problem statement: To what extent does internal communication contribute to enhancing the social network between Sonelgaz SDC employees in LAGHOUAT? Study hypotheses: - Good communication with employees is one of the main means that should be embodied as supporting elements that can contribute to developing and improving their productivity. - The absence of communication within Sonelgaz SDC negatively affects the nature of relationships within the institution, as highly productive workers tend to establish more suitable communication networks than less productive workers. - Internal communication contributes to building strong professional human relationships among Sonelgaz SDC employees in laghouat. Study objectives: - Highlighting the extent of the contribution of internal communication to the development of the institution. - Highlighting the role of improved social relationships in the development of the institution. - Highlighting the extent of the connection between internal communication and social relationships. - Highlighting the extent of the institution's success in improving and enhancing social network (both individual and collective) within the institution. Research method: The study used the descriptive analytical method due to its suitability for the nature of the topic. Sample: The sample consists of 121 employees in Sonelgaz SDC who were randomly selected. Study boundaries: - Time frame: the study was conducted between February 2023 and June 2023. - Location: the study was conducted in the Sonelgaz SDC electricity and gas distribution institution in laghouat. Psychometric characteristics: The study relied on a questionnaire as a data collection tool. Results: Through this study, it can be concluded that Sonelgaz SDC should adopt a communication strategy as it is an essential employee requirement. It is hoped that the institution will benefit from the results of this study and focus on the topics of communication and social relationships within the institution due to their benefits in enhancing and improving productivity..
