| dc.description.abstract | ملخص الد ا رسة : انطلقت الد ا رسة من اشكالية مفادها : هل هناك اثر لجائحة كورونا – كوفيدة 19 –على ادارة المنشآت الرياضية في الج ا زئر ؟ وهدفت الد ا رسة الى بناء تصور عام حول جائحة كورونا على مستوى ادارة المنشآت الرياضية . التعرف على جائحة كورونا –كوفيدة 19 – من خلال الخوض في مفهومها . معرفة أثر جائحة كورونا –كوفيدة 19 – على ادارة المنشآت الرياضية، وكذلك مدى استعدادها لتطبيق الاج ا رءات والقوانين الاحت ا رزية وما يترتب عليها .بالإضافة إلى ذلك، ستلقي هذه الد ا رسة الضوء على إج ا رءات الاستجابة التي قامت بها ادارة المنشآت باعتمادها، وكذلك على تحديد السياسات المتخذة من مختلف أصحاب الق ا رر في الفترة القادمة . معرفة اثر جائحة كورونا – كوفيدة 19 - على العملية الاتصالية لإدارة المنشآت الرياضية مع الموظفين وكافة الفاعلين في المجال الرياضي . ولإثبات فرضيات الد ا رسة تطرقنا الى الد ا رسات المرتبطة والتعليق عليها والاستفادة منها لبناء ) د ا رسة افت ا رضية حالية واستخدمنا المنهج الوصفي وتحليل البيانات وتكونت العينة من ) 92 موظف بديوان المركب متعدد الرياضات غرداية كما اعتمدنا على الاستمارة كأداة لجمع البيانات. وقد قمنا بمعالجة البيانات باستخدام التك ا ر ا رت والنسب المئوية فت وصلنا الى عدة نتائج . الكلمات المفتاحية : جائحة كورونا – كوفيدة 19 – ، الادارة ، الادارة الرياضية ، ادارة المنشآت الرياضية ، المنشآت الرياضية . | |

The study aimed to build a general perception about the Corona pandemic at the level of sports facilities management . Learn about the Corona pandemic - Covid 19 - by delving into its concept. Knowing the impact of the Corona pandemic - Covid 19 - on the management of sports facilities, as well as the extent of their readiness to implement the precautionary measures and laws and their consequences. In addition, this study will shed light on the response procedures undertaken by the facilities management by adopting them, as well as on determining the policies taken by various decisionmakers in the coming period. Knowing the impact of the Corona pandemic - Covid 19 - on the communication process for the management of sports facilities with employees and all actors in the sports field. To prove the hypotheses of the study, we touched on the related studies, commented on them, and benefited from them to build a current hypothetical study, and we used the descriptive approach and data analysis.
