Abstract

ملخص الدراسة: هدفت هذه الدراسة الى كشف عن دور صفحة الفيسبوك في توجيه وإرشاد الشباب لمواجهة أعطال السيارات دراسة ميدانية لصفحة gme لتصليح اعطال السيارات، نظرا لصعوبة القيام بدراسة شاملة لجميع مفردات البحث قمنا باختيار أسلوب العينة، ولاقتصار عينتنا على متابعي صفحة GME على الفايسبوك دون غيرهم، تم اختيار عينة من النوع غير احتمالية هي العينة القصدية، لهذا تم اختيار اربعون عينة من متابعي الصفحة GMEمنهم متابعي أصحاب الاختصاص داخل الولاية الشقيقة وهي ولاية الاغواط ومنهم من عامة الجمهور المتابع عبر استبيان الالكتروني . وقد اعتمدنا فيها على المنهج الوصفي حيث أن هذا المنهج يساعدنا على جمع المعلومات الأولية من مستخدمي الصفحات الفايسبوكية لمعرفة الدور الحقيقي في توجيه وإرشاد إصلاح أعطال السيارات،وتصنيفها من خلال دراسة العناصر. وأخيرا تحليلها وتفسيرها ومنه صياغة النتائج ترتبط بمتغيرات الدراسة. وقد توصلت هذه الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج لعل أهمها: • تختلف عادات وأنماط المتابعين للصفحة GME • تباين دوافع والحاجات التي تكمن وراء إقبال المهتمون للصفحة GMEلموجهة أعطال السيارات كمعرفة إجراءاتاللازمة. • بالإضافةإلى تحقيق إلا شباعات الفكرية وتطبيقيالصفحة GME لتصليح أعطال السيارات تأثير كبير على متابعيها إذ تساهم في توجيه وإرشادإصلاحأعطال سياراتهم.

Summary: Through this study, the aim is to investigate the role of local Facebook pages in guiding and guiding young people to face car breakdowns through the gme page. Due to the difficulty of conducting a comprehensive study of all the search terms, we chose the sample method, and because our sample was limited to the followers of the GME page on Facebook only, a sample was chosen. The non-probability type is the intentional sample for this reason, sixty samples were selected from the followers of the GME page, among them followers of specialists within the sister state, which is the state of Laghouat, and some of them from the general public following through an electronic questionnaire.
