Abstract

The study aimed to know the role of marketing through social networkingsites in improving the quality of services turn us to reach a better understanding of the steps and how to improve the quality of services on the part of the institution through social networking sites (Facebook) because the latter is the most important feature that shows the institution from the rest of the competing institution1The other, where this study dealt with the marketing point of view to know the role of marketing through social networking sites in improving the quality of services Through the study of the theory, we touched on the most important concepts related to marketing through social networking sites and the quality of services. What was presented on the theoretical side was also dropped on Mobilis via its Facebook page, and we relied in our search for all the data on the electronic questionnaire, where we distributed 120 questionnaires to a random sample of mobile customers through its Facebook page. Analyzing the results, the spss statistical program was used The study found a relationship between social media marketing and service .quality
