Abstract
The aim of this study was to learn about the extent and role of banking
marketing in the development of banking services for commercial
banks. We applied this study at the Algerian External Bank BEA
Agency for the banking sector as a source of economic development of
the country and an engine towards the development of banking
marketing through the provision of high-quality banking services in
order to satisfy customers and meet their requirements.
