Abstract

ملخص الدراسة: هدفت دراستنا الحالية لمعرفة مستوى تأثير استخدام الهاتف النقال على مظاهر التواصل الأسري بين الأمهات والطالبات الجامعيات، كما أن الدراسة تهدف أيضا إلى التعرف على مدى استخدام الأمهات والطالبات الجامعيات للهاتف النقال كوسيلة للتواصل فيما بينهن. تم تطبيق أداة الدراسة المتمثلة في الاستبيان على عينة متكونة من 59طالبة، وتم استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي. وبعد جمع بيانات الدراسة تم تحليل هذه النتائج التي نلخصها فيما يلي:  استخدام الهاتف النقال أصبح أحد الأنماط الشائعة والمفضلة للتواصل الأسري بين الأمهات والطالبات الجامعيات، حيث يتيح لهن التواصل الفوري والمستمر على الرغم من المسافات الجغرافية الفاصلة بينهن.  تنوعت المواضيع والقضايا التي يتم تناولها عبر الهاتف النقال بين الأمهات والطالبات، حيث شملت الشؤون الدراسية والأكاديمية، والأمور الشخصية والعاطفية، وكذلك القضايا الأسرية والاجتماعية المختلفة.  استخدام الهاتف النقال له تأثير محدود على تحسين مستوى التفاهم والحوار بين الأمهات والطالبات، حيث لا يزال التواصل المباشر ووجهاً لوجه أكثر فعالية في هذا الجانب.  استخدام الهاتف النقال للتواصل الأسري له تأثير إيجابي على الأداء الأكاديمي لغالبية الطالبات، حيث يوفر لهن الدعم والتشجيع من قبل الأمهات، دون التأثير سلباً على تركيزهن في الدراسة. وتم تفسير النتائج وفق نتائج الدراسات السابقة، والتراث النظري المعتمد في فصول البحث الأولى. الكلمات المفتاحية: الاتصال، التواصل الأسري، الهاتف النقال.

Abstract: Our current study aimed to understand the impact of mobile phone usage on aspects of family communication between mothers and university students. The study also aimed to identify the extent to which mothers and university students use mobile phones as a means of communication between them. The study tool, which was a questionnaire, was applied to a sample of 59 female students, and the descriptive-analytical method was used. After collecting the study data, the results were analyzed, which we summarize as follows:  Mobile phone usage has become one of the common and preferred patterns of family communication between mothers and university students, as it allows them to communicate instantly and continuously despite the geographical distances between them.  The topics and issues discussed via mobile phone between mothers and students varied, including academic and educational matters, personal and emotional issues, as well as various family and social issues.  The use of mobile phones has a limited effect on improving the level of understanding and dialogue between mothers and students, as face-to-face communication is still more effective in this regard.  The use of mobile phones for family communication has a positive impact on the academic performance of the majority of students, as it provides them with support and encouragement from their mothers without negatively affecting their focus on studies. The results were interpreted according to the results of previous studies and the theoretical heritage adopted in the first chapters of the research.
