| dc.description.abstract | - The properties of materials used and the environmental conditions which are different from one country to another can change certain parameters influencing the flexural strength of reinforced concrete structures. For these reasons this comparative study is carried out on flexural behavior of concrete structures reinforced with steel bars considering the tree codes: - American ACI 318-08. - European EUROCODE (NF EN 1992-1-1). - Algerian CBA.93. In this comparative study we analyze in depth the different parameters of flexural design of steel bars reinforced concrete structures with highlighting the concordance points between the tree codes considered and the difference in their approach respectively. The results obtained permit to conclude with proposed suggestions as a contribution for an eventual revision of the Algerian code CBA | |
