| dc.description | This study aims to examine the relationship between management culture and job engagement among middle-level employees in sports institutions, considering that this group plays a pivotal role in ensuring smooth workflow and achieving organizational goals. The research adopted a descriptive-analytical approach, utilizing a questionnaire as the primary tool for data collection from a sample of middle management staff in several sports institutions. The results revealed a positive relationship between the prevailing management culture and the level of job engagement. It was found that the clearer and more motivating the organizational culture, the greater the employee's sense of belonging and integration within the institution. The study concluded with recommendations to establish an effective managerial culture that fosters employee engagement and enhances organizational performance. | |
| dc.description.abstract | تهدف هذه المذكرة إلى دراسة العلاقة بين ثقافة التسيير والاندماج الوظيفي لدى الفئات الوسطى في المنشآت الرياضية، باعتبار أن هذه الفئة تلعب دورًا محوريًا في ضمان السير الحسن للعمل وتحقيق أهداف المؤسسة. اعتمدنا في هذا البحث على منهج وصفي تحليلي، واستخدمنا الاستبيان كأداة لجمع البيانات من عينة مكونة من موظفي الفئة الوسطى في عدد من المنشآت الرياضية. أظهرت النتائج وجود علاقة إيجابية بين ثقافة التسيير السائدة ومستوى الاندماج الوظيفي، حيث تبين أن كلما كانت الثقافة التنظيمية واضحة ومحفزة، زاد شعور الموظف بالانتماء والاندماج داخل المؤسسة. واختُتم البحث بتوصيات تدعو إلى ترسيخ ثقافة تسييرية فعالة تعزز من اندماج العاملين وتزيد من فعالية الأداء التنظيمي | |
