Abstract

الملخص موضوع المذكرة الموسوم ب :'' قضايا فقهية مسجدية مساجد الاغواط نموذجا '' واشكاليته الرئيسية تبحث عن ما هي أهم القضايا الفقهية المسجدية و ما أحكامها وقد جاء هذا البحث ليبين بعض ذلك مع دراسة لبعض المساجد العتيقة بالاغواط وقد جعلناه في مقدمة وفصلين واربع مباحث : الفصل الاول عنون بـ ماهية المسجد والقضايا المتعلقة به احتوى على مبحثين المبحث الاول تحت عنوان مفهوم المسجد والثاني اهم الاحكام الفقهية المسجدية اما الفصل الثاني فكان عنوانه دراسة لبعض مساجد الاغواط تضمن مبحثين المبحث الاول المسجد العتيق والخليفة والصفاح اما الثاني قضايا متعلقة بمحيط المسجد خارجياً وداخلياً وقد توصلنا الى مجموعة من النتائج منها العوة إلى العناية بالمساجد بتنظيفهاوتطيبيهاوعمارتها نبهنا الى توصيات ابرزها : الاهتمام بفقه النوازل بكلية الشريعة واقامة دورات في هذا الجانب Abstract The subject of the memorandumistaggedwith: ''Mosquejurisprudential issues, the mosques of Laghouat as an example'' and its main problemissearching for what are the most important mosquejurisprudential issues and what are theirrulings. This research came to show some of thatwith a study of someancientmosques in Laghouat. We have divideditinto an introduction, twochapters, and four sections: The first chapterisentitled “The nature of the mosque and the issues related to it.” It containstwo sections, the first section istitled “The Concept of the Mosque,” and the second is the most important mosquejurisprudentialrulings. As for the second chapter, itstitlewas a study of some of the mosques of Laghouat, whichincludedtwo sections. The first was the ancientmosque, the Caliph, and Al-Saffah. The second was issues related to the external and internalsurroundings of the mosque. We have reacheda set of results, including a return to caring for mosques by cleaningthem, decoratingthem, and building them Wedrew attention to recommendations, the mostprominent of which are: paying attention to the jurisprudence of calamities at the Faculty of Sharia and holding courses in this aspect
