| dc.description.abstract | تهدف الدراسة إلى اقتراح مجموعة اختبارات مناسبة واستعمال أنجعها من أجل انتقاء لاعبي كرة القدم في النطاق التدريبي، و لهذا الغرض استخدمنا المنهج المسحي والتجريبي على عيّنة متكونة من 44 لاعبا ،16 لاعبا ينشطون في فريق شباب قصر الحيران صنف أشبال لكرة القدم ،و14 لاعبا ضمن فريق أمل بن ناصر بن شهرة ،و 14 لاعبا ضمن فريق نجوم الأغواط صنف أشبال لكرة القدم، تم اختيار العينة عشوائيا وكانت مقصودة، لجمع البيانات استخدمنا أداة الاستمارات الاستبيانية وزعت على المدربين، بعد جمع النتائج و معالجتها إحصائيا تم التوصل نتيجة مفادها تسطير مجموعة اختبارات خاصة بانتقاء اللاعبين في كرة القدم يأخذها كل مدرب بعين الاعتبار و على هذا الأساس أوصت الدراسة على الاهتمام أكثر بفئة الأشبال وإبعادها عن التهميش بتوفير مؤطرين ذوي مستوى علمي كاف لتسيير الفرق الرياضية وتدريبها | |
