| dc.description.abstract | ممخص الد ا رسة أهداف الد ا رسة: - فهم الوضعية الحقيقة لمموارد البشرية و المنشآت الرياضية في ضل الحوكمة . - وجوب عممية تقييم أداء العاممين من الأف ا رد في ادارة المنشأة الرياضية . - اث ا رء الجانب المعرفي للإدارة الرياضية بالجامعة . المنهج المستخدم: عرف المنهج أنه : مجموعة العمميات والخطوات التي يتبعها الباحث بغية تحقيق بحثه. وتماشيا مع طبيعة الد ا رسة اتبعنا المنهج الوصفي ويعرف المنهج الوصفي عمى انه: المنهج الذي يهدف الى جمع البيانات ومحاولة اختيار فروض أو الاجابة عن التساؤلات التي تتعمق بالحالة ال ا رهنة لأف ا رد العينة و الد ا رسة الوصفية تجدد وتقرر الشيئ كما هو عميه في الواقع. الأدوات المتوصل اليها : الاستثمار و الحوكمة لهما دور في انجاح تسيير الموارد البشرية و المنشآت الرياضية . | |
| dc.description.sponsorship | Abstract Objectives of the study: -Understanding the real situation of human resources and sports facilities in light of investment and governance. -The necessity of evaluating the performance of individual workers in the management of the sports facility. - Enriching the knowledge side of the sports administration at the university. The curriculum used: The curriculum was defined as: the set of operations and steps that the researcher follows in order to achieve his research. In line with the nature of the study, we followed the descriptive approach and the descriptive approach is defined as: The approach that aims to collect data and try to choose assumptions or answer questions related to the current situation of the individuals of the sample and the descriptive study renews and decides the thing as it is in reality. the sample: Due to the nature of the current situation due to the Corona pandemic, we were in the process of completing a random sample on the workers of the sports complex, February 18. Spatial domain: We were conducting this research in the state of Laghouat (sporting complex, February 18). Temporal domain: We proceeded to the research immediately after agreeing to the topic, as the study of the theoretical side lasted until the month of May. As for the applied side, it was not possible to conduct it due to the surrounding circumstances represented by the "spread of the Corona epidemic" which caused the application of special measures represented in the closure of all institutions. Conclusions and suggestions: A significant portion of investment and governance is devoted to the development of human resources and sports facilities. | |
