Abstract
The study aimed to know the impact of organizational culture on the performance of
workers of the economic company, case of the Algeria Telecom-Laghouat Branch. The
problematic focused on the impact of organizational culture on developing the performance
of workers in that branch. This is according to a main hypothesis, and 04 sub-hypotheses, to
the effect that there is a statistically significant effect of organizational culture on the
performance of workers in Algeria Telecom - Laghouat branch - at a morale level of 5%.
A questionnaire was prepared distributed to measure this effect (March 2022 - April
2022; to random sample estimated to 35. The organizational culture in its four dimensions
(organizational values, adaptive culture, effectiveness and motivation, culture of interest
and employee participation) represented as an independent variable, while the performance
of the workers represented as a dependent variable. Its outputs are analyzed through the
SPSS .
Finally, the study confirms the main hypothesis of the study, that is, there is a
statistically significant effect of organizational culture on the employee’s performance at
Algeria Telecom-Laghouat Branch - at a level of 5%. Despite the fact that the study sample
confirmed that there is a statistically significant effect of the dimension and culture of
interest and employee participation on the performance of workers in the same branch, at
5%; While the effect of the other three dimensions was rejected.
