الاهمال الاسري في الجزائر في ظل استخدام مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي

Abstract

ملخص الدراسة عنوان الدراسة: واقع الإهمال الأسري في الجزائر من خلال مدخلات شبكة التواصل الاجتماعي دراسة استطلاعية على عينة من الأسر بالولاية المنتدبة أفلو هدف الدراسة: تسعى هذه الدراسة الى التعرف على طبيعة الدور الذي تقوم به شبكات التواصل الاجتماعي وتأثيراتها على العلاقات الاسرية وخاصة الاهمال الاسري لدى افراد الاسرة الأفلاوية ، كما تهدف الى معرفة انماط وعادات استخدام مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي افراد الاسرة التعرف على مفهوم مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي التعرف على كيفية تأثير مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي على الأسرة توضيح نتائج عملية تأثير مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي على الرفع من نسب الإهمال الأسري. مشكلة الدراسة: إلى أي مدى يؤدي الإفراط في استخدام أدوات التواصل الإجتماعي إلى الإهمال الأسري؟ منهج الدراسة: استخدم الباحثان المنهج الوصفي التحليلي لملائمته لموضوع الدراسة. أدوات الدراسة: استخدم الباحثان الاستبيان كأداة رئيسية لجمع البيانات. أهم النتائج المتوصل إليها في الدراسة: - نستنتج ان اغلبية افراد العينة يمتلكون حسابين وهناك من يمتلك اكثر من حسابين دلالة على ثقافة امتلاك الحسابات في مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي ودلالة على أهمية هذه المواقع في حياتهم اليومية واعتمادهم عليها - نستنتج ان اغلبية المبحوثين الذين يستخدمون مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي يوما وفي العطل دلالة على احتياجهم واشباع رغباتهم في التواصل عبر استخدامهم مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي - أشار العديد من أفراد العينة إلى أن الإفراط في استخدام مواقع التواصل أدى إلى برود في العلاقات العاطفية داخل الأسرة. - اتجه الكثير من أفراد الأسرة، خصوصًا فئة الشباب، إلى قضاء وقت أطول على الإنترنت مقارنة بالأنشطة الأسرية المشتركة. - لاحظت الدراسة انخفاضًا في قدرة الوالدين على متابعة وتربية الأبناء، بسبب انشغالهم المستمر بمواقع التواصل. - لوحظ تراجع في أداء الأدوار الأسرية التقليدية مثل الطبخ، التنظيف، ومساعدة الأبناء في الدراسة، نتيجة الانشغال بالهاتف الذكي ومواقع التواصل. توصيات الدراسة: 1. تعزيز التوعية الأسرية بمخاطر الاستخدام المفرط لمواقع التواصل الاجتماعي، من خلال حملات إعلامية وتربوية موجّهة للأولياء والأزواج. 2. إدماج التربية الرقمية في المناهج الدراسية، خاصة في مراحل التعليم المتوسط والثانوي، لتنشئة جيل يمتلك ثقافة استخدام رشيد ومتوازن للتكنولوجيا. 3. تشجيع الأزواج على تنظيم أوقاتهم الرقمية، من خلال وضع أوقات محددة لاستخدام مواقع التواصل، مقابل تخصيص أوقات ثابتة للتفاعل الأسري. الكلمات الدالة في الدراسة: شبكات التواصل الاجتماعي، الإهمال الاسري، المواقع الالكترونية، ، الولاية المنتدبة أفلو Study Summary Study Title: Parental Neglect in Algeria in the Context of Social Media Use: An Exploratory Study of Families in the Delegated Province of Aflou. Study Objective: This study aims to identify the role played by social networking sites and their impact on family relationships, particularly family neglect among members of Aflou families. It also seeks to understand the patterns and habits of social media use among family members, to define the concept of social networking sites, examine how these platforms affect the family, and clarify the outcomes of their influence in increasing levels of family neglect. Research Problem: What is the reality of family neglect through the inputs of social media among the families of the delegated state of Aflo? Research Methodology: The researchers used the descriptive analytical method due to its relevance to the study's subject.1 Data Collection Tool: The researchers used a questionnaire as the primary tool for data collection. Key Findings of the Study: • The majority of the sample members own two accounts, and some have more than two, indicating a culture of account ownership on social networking sites and reflecting the importance of these platforms in their daily lives and dependence on them. • Most respondents use social networking sites daily and during holidays, indicating their need for and satisfaction with digital communication. • Many participants in the study indicated that excessive use of social media has led to emotional distancing within the family. • A large number of family members—especially young people—tend to spend more time online than engaging in shared family activities. • The study observed a decline in parents’ ability to supervise and guide their children due to their constant preoccupation with social media. • There was a noticeable decrease in fulfilling traditional family responsibilities such as cooking, cleaning, and helping children with their studies, as a result of excessive smartphone and social media use. Study Recommendations: 1. Strengthen family awareness regarding the risks of excessive use of social networking sites through media and educational campaigns targeting parents and spouses. 2. Integrate digital literacy into school curricula, especially at the middle and secondary education levels, to foster a generation with balanced and responsible technology usage. 3. Encourage couples to regulate their digital time by setting specific hours for using social networking sites and allocating fixed times for direct family interaction.
