Abstract
This study aimed to find out the effects of organizational trust and its dimensions
(Ability, Benevolence, Integration) on the organizational silence among the employees
of SONELGAZ corporation –Laghouat-.The study targeted a group of employees to
survey opinions to test the validity of our hypotheses, through a study questionnaire that
included a set of statements who included the study axes distributed to a sample
consisting of 70 questionnaire and 63 questionnaires were retrieved, which are valid for
study.
The statistical software SPSS 22 was used to test our hypotheses using the following
statistical methods (arithmetic mean, standard deviation, and coefficient of variation,
trend, correlation coefficients, and multiple linear regression analysis).
Through this study we've reached to a set results the most important of which is that
there is a significant moral effect for organizational trust on organizational silence among
employees of SONELGAZ corporation –Laghouat- which incarnated in the dimension
of ability and there are no statistically significant differences in the average of the sample
members about the level of organizational trust as well as the organizational silence is
attributed to personal and functional variables ( gender , age ,educational level years of
service , job title ), in the end practical suggestions and further studies were presented.
