Abstract

ملخص: لقد ظهرت في العقود الأخيرة العديد من المواقع الإلكترونية الإخبارية والتي غيرت من نمط مضمون وشكل الإعلام الذي كان سائدا من قبل، فخلقت بذلك نوعا جديدا من التواصل، الذي ساهمً بشكل كبير في نقل الأخبار وتشكيل الآراء العامة، لذلك جاءت هذه الدراسة المعنونة ب" دور موقع DZ News الإلكتروني الإخباري في تعزيز الخدمة العمومية في الجزائر" وهذا لدور الذي يلعبه هذا الموقع في الإعلام الجديد في الجزائر لتهدف وانطلاقا من منهجها المسحي إلى البحث في موقعDZ News الإلكتروني الإخباري ودوره في تحسين الخدمة العمومية في الجزائر، ودرجة إدراك القائمين على تأدية الرسالة الإعلامية في هذا الموقع بالخدمة العمومية من خلال إشكال صغناه كالتالي: ما مدى إدراك الصحافيين العاملين بموقع dz news الإخباري الإلكترونية الجزائري بمفهوم الخدمة العمومية وأهمية تطبيقها في الممارسة الإعلامية ؟ حيث اعتمدنا على دراسة دور موقعdz news الإخباري الإلكتروني في تعزيز الخدمة العمومية في الجزائر من خلال عينة ممثلة بموقع: dz news عن طريق المقابلة مع مدير الموقع ورئيس التحرير في هذا الموقع ومعاينة غير احتمالية قصدية وعلى هذا الأساس فرضت طبيعة هذه الدراسة تجزئتها إلى ثلاثة أطر هي: الإطار المنهجي، الإطار النظري والإطار التطبيقي، بحيث تعمل كل هذه الأطر متحدة كأجزاء في خدمة الكل الواحد المترجم في أهداف الدراسة. وفي الأخير اختتمنا هذه الدراسة بجملة من النتائج المتوصل إليها، كانت نتاج تكاتف الدراسة الميدانية والنظرية، فبعد عرض، تحليل وتفسير إجابات المقابلة، توصلنا إلى نتائج تثمن هذا البحث، كان أهمها ان صحفيي موقع dz news أغلبهم يعون مفهوم الخدمة العمومية ويطبقونها في ممارستهم اليومية حسب الخط الافتتاحي لموقعهم، إضافة الى الخدامات التي يقدمها موقع dz news من الآنية والتفاعل وغيرها، والتي بدورها تحسن الخدمة العمومية.

Résumé: in recent decades, numerous news websites have emerged, altering the content and form of traditional media. This shift has created a new type of communication, significantly contributing to news dissemination and public opinion formation. This study, titled "The Role of the DZ News News Website in Enhancing Public Service in Algeria," examines the role of this site in the new media landscape in Algeria. Utilizing a survey methodology, the study aims to explore the DZ News website and its role in improving public service in Algeria, and to assess the awareness of those delivering the media message on this site about public service. The research question is: To what extent are the journalists working at the Algerian DZ News news website aware of the concept of public service and the importance of its application in media practice? The study focused on the role of the DZ News news website in enhancing public service in Algeria through a representative sample from DZ News, involving interviews with the site’s director and editor-in-chief, and a purposive non-probability sample. Consequently, the study was divided into three frameworks: the methodological framework, the theoretical framework, and the applied framework. These frameworks work together as parts serving the unified goal of the study. Finally, we concluded this study with several findings derived from the combination of field and theoretical research. After presenting, analyzing, and interpreting the interview responses, we reached conclusions that validate this research. The most significant finding is that most journalists at DZ News are aware of the concept of public service and apply it in their daily practices according to their site’s editorial line. Additionally, the services provided by DZ News, such as immediacy and interaction, contribute to improving public service.
