Abstract

ملخص الدراسة تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز إسهامات تكنولوجيا الإعلام والاتصال في تحسين جودة الخدمة العمومية بالجماعات المحلية، من خلال تسهيل الإجراءات، وتقليص الوقت، وتعزيز التواصل بين الإدارة والمواطن. وتبيّن أن الرقمنة تسهم في تحقيق الشفافية والكفاءة، وتوصي الدراسة بتأهيل الموارد البشرية وتطوير البنية التحتية لضمان استغلال فعّال لهذه التكنولوجيا في خدمة التنمية المحلية "This study aims to highlight the role of Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) in improving the quality of public service at the local government level, through streamlining procedures, reducing time, and enhancing communication between the administration and citizens.
