Abstract

The study was aimed at identifying the relationship between psychological pressure and family compatibility in the primary teachers in the state of Laghouat. The study sample consisted of (80) teachers in which the two researchers used two measures: one to measure the psychological pressure of Liebenstein and the other Mohamed Abdel Hamid. We relied on the descriptive approach in the study and the use of statistical methods through the statistical analysis program (spss) in version 21.00. After analyzing the study data, the results resulted in the following: There is no relationship between psychological stress and family harmony. - The level of psychological stress is high among teachers. - The level of family compatibility is high among teachers. - No differences in psychological stress attributed to age. - There are no differences in psychological stress attributed to seniority. - There are no differences in family consensus due to age. - There are no differences in family harmony attributed to seniority
