Abstract
This study aims to identify one the important topics in large and Small
organizations, represented in the role of core competencies (collective
learning, competency life cycle, self,management) in managing
organizational conflict at the faculty of Economic sciences , -
LaghouatThis is based on a hybrid approach to the data of 40 forms distibuted
among the college professors.
And by analyzing the results using the statistical program for the
social sciences (SPSS), the study concluded in the end that the
institution (The college) has core competencies that appear through its
possession of the characteristics adopted in the current study, as well
as the existence of a positive and moral role for the dimensions of core
competencies individually in manajinj the organizational conflict in
general.
