Abstract
This study aims to measure and analyze the effects of informal organization on the degree of
organizational confidence among the employees of the Operational Directorate of Algeria
Telecom in Laghouat. The study elements were determined by an independent variable
represented in informal organization with its five dimensions: (social relations, profession,
location, common interest, strength and influence) And a dependent variable represented in
organizational trust in its dimensions: (trust in co-workers, trust in the direct supervisor, trust
in the organization’s management.)
To achieve the objectives of the study, a questionnaire was developed for the purpose of
collecting information and data from the study sample, where the modeling method was used
with structural equations and the use of the smartpls3 program in order to study the various
relationships between the studied variables and determine the direct and indirect effects of the
independent variable on the dependent variable.
This study found a statistically significant effect of informal organization on the degree of
organizational confidence of the workers in the operational directorate of Algeria
Communications in Laghouat at the level of morality of 0.05, and the study also concluded
that there were no statistically significant differences at the same level of significance and the
same variables of the study model for personal data among the sample members studied and
represented in: gender, age, educational level, occupational level, place of work and number
of years of service.
