Abstract
This study sought to know the impact of employee empowerment on organizational
loyalty at "Sonelgaz" organization in Laghouat, and employee empowerment was determined
in its three dimensions, which were represented in *efficiency, effective communication, and
training of employees*, and to reach what the study aspires to, a design was designed A
questionnaire for the purpose of collecting data from the sample members, which numbered
(55) individuals, and this effect was tested using the statistical package for the social sciences,
known for its acronym (SPSS) to analyze the questionnaire data.
The results of the study indicated that there is a statistically significant effect of employee
empowerment on organizational loyalty, and the study recommends the need to pay
attention to developing employee empowerment and work hard to strengthen it and spread
its culture by activating its dimensions, and this in turn will inevitably reflect on the spirit of
organizational loyalty.
