Abstract

The study aimed to identify the relationship between psychological combustion and functional performance among workers of the public institution for neighbourhood health in Laghouat, and to know the level of psychological combustion and performance, it also aimed to know the differences in both the quality of psychological combustion and job performance in light of the intermediate variables (gender, civil, seniority at work) in the academic year (2017/2018), and then follow the descriptive approach, with were selected in a simple random sampling method. This study also used measures of psychological combustion and performance measure, and was used in statistical processing (arithmetic mean), standard deviation, and variance analysis, T test, applied on SPSS 20 for statistical analysis. The results of the study reached: - The workers of the public health corporation of the neighbourhood suffer from a high level of psychological combustion. - There is a relationship between the psychological combustion and the performance of the employees of the public health corporation of the neighbourhood in Laghouat. - There are differences between the workers of public health Corporation of the neighbourhood in psychological combustion of the sex (Male, female) variable.
