dc.description.abstractThis study aimed to find out the role of organisational trust with its dimentions (with collegues, supevisors, managment) in activating partisipatory management, among SONELGAS employees Laghouat section. Where we used a questionnaire to collect data from the sample which was a 60 single, to analyze the collected data we used the software’s (SmartPls3, SPSS24) in order to study the differnt relationships between our two variables. The study concluded that there is a statically sgnificant effect to Organisational trust on Participatory management among the institution host of the study employees at the level of morale (α=0.05), there are no statically sgnificant differences at the same level of significonce for moderating variables (functional location and years in service) except for the gender.
