Abstract

This study aimed to find out the role of organisational trust with its dimentions (with collegues, supevisors, managment) in activating partisipatory management, among SONELGAS employees Laghouat section. Where we used a questionnaire to collect data from the sample which was a 60 single, to analyze the collected data we used the software’s (SmartPls3, SPSS24) in order to study the differnt relationships between our two variables. The study concluded that there is a statically sgnificant effect to Organisational trust on Participatory management among the institution host of the study employees at the level of morale (α=0.05), there are no statically sgnificant differences at the same level of significonce for moderating variables (functional location and years in service) except for the gender.
